We provide security services to local councils. 

 

We recognise that the money used by local council ultimately comes from taxpayers, and these days they rightly demand value for money services which we are more than happily to provide with greater efficiency in our operations.

We understand security of council buildings is paramount and requires a high calibre of well trained and vetted security staff to deal with everyday issues which include access control, intruder alarm activations, patrols and customer service.

Our security officers and management team are vetted to BS7858:19 and hold a current DBS certificate.

Whether it’s an open council building or empty property, we can provide services such as:

  • Fire Wardens
  • Reception staff
  • Escorting of staff and visitors
  • Staff to search visitors and in-house staff
  • Security teams to patrol
  • Front of House ‘meet and greet’ service

Our staff are trained to deal with sensitive information and high-profile individuals following specific procedures to ensure the best service can be delivered. Our staff are required to have at least a level 2 NVQ in customer care which is refreshed every 6 months.
